2022 Veteran Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is a low impact exercise with high impact health benefits! This form of exercise is accessible for all abilites and therapuetic for the mind and body.

Veterans who sign up will receive a temporary membership at Mountain Park Aquatic Center.
