Adaptive Sport Coaching Certification

 This live online training will provide a collaborative space for coaches, therapist, students, teachers or adaptive sport professionals to learn the best techniques for coaching athletes with disabilites. This course prepares coaches how to properly train and coach athletes with a variety of disabilities in various sports.  This certification will be held on zoom, and provide you with a better understanding of disability knowledge and etiquette, how to coach the adaptive athlete, injury prevention, basics of adaptive equipment, abuse prevention for athletes, and much more. We will have guest speakers present on areas of expertise such as injury prevention for wheelchair athletes and outlining advancement in adaptive sport compettions.
