Women & Girls Adaptive Yoga

BlazeSport’s Adaptive Yoga Program offers fun and social distanced stretching & meditation specifically catered to meet the needs of our Youth and Veterans.

Yoga can be used to accomplish any goal, from increasing flexibility, protection from injury, & increased muscle strength and tone. This program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have participated in Yoga before. The stretches may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
