BlazeSports Wheelchair Tennis Tournament/Skills Challenge

When: Saturday May 11th 2024, 1:00pm - 7:00pm. 

Where: Fair Oaks Tennis Center 1460 W Booth Rd Ext SW, Marietta, GA 30008

Who: Wheelchair athletes who want to compete in a doubles tournament. 

         Skills Challenge - Wheelchair athletes looking to showcase and learn new skills. ALL skill levels are invited to participate and the groups will be broken up by age / skill level.  

         Tournament / Scoop Play - Wheelchair athletes will be divided based on skill level. There will be coach-assisted play, 3v3, and the very fun game of "scoop" for our newest beginners. For experienced players, the format will be             Doubles 8-game pro sets.  

Admission Fee: FREE

USTA Membership: NOT required

General Outline of the Day:

1:00pm - Registration/Check-in

1:30pm -  Warm Up 

2:00pm - Skills Challenge Begins

4:00pm - Skills Challenge Concludes/ Tournament Check-In 

4:30pm - Tournament Begins

7:00pm - Tournament Concludes

Tournament:

 If paired as a single, you will be paried with your partner by your level of play. More match specific information/schedule released closer to the event.
